System Structuring and Securing Business Asset Value
- Organic Design based on a 3-Axis Framework (Feed, Community, Systematization) The core service flow was designed around a 3-axis framework—Feed, Community, and Systematization—integrating detailed policies and components within this cohesive structure. This approach moves beyond simple interfaces to establish a logical design system that governs the entire service.
- Assetization of User Activity and Trust System Construction (Policy & Interface Logic) A Reward Policy was established to transform scattered user activities into valuable assets. To ensure platform integrity, information disclosure ranges were systematically classified and structured into an intuitive interface, enhancing the depth of the user experience.
- Strategic IP Generation and Business Expansion (Strategic IP Assetization) In collaboration with patent experts, eight strategic IP seeds were derived from the designed interaction logics. By encapsulating the business expansion model into legally protected assets, this project successfully secured a unique and defensible market value for the service.
